OHMA performs at the 1905
Composed of Mia Garcia and Hailey Niswanger, the duo channels the essence of the divine with the intention to unify and uplift souls through powerful frequencies. OHMA weaves a fusion of acoustic classical, folk, cosmic jazz, and electronic textures, sparkled with elemental nature sounds. In 2022, OHMA released their acclaimed debut album, Between All Things, and toured the North America supporting FKJ. The duo has also performed extensively on the west coast, including the Earshot Jazz Festival in Seattle, and internationally in London, Amsterdam, Mexico City, and Japan performing on Mt. Fuji. Their second offering On Loving Earth (2024), shares intimate moments with nature, as the sounds were captured acoustically in the mountains of Altadena. Combined, the two instrumentalists play guitar, bass, piano, flute, saxophone, bass clarinet, clarinet, accordion, synthesizers, vocals, and more. Together they create unique sonic landscapes that inspires all to connect with the world around them.
